Job title	Human Resources Manager
What you'll do	UNITY ZERO is in search of an experienced HR Generalist. Human resources manager work alongside our co-founders as a key member. This person will be responsible for providing associate relations support, guidance and advice to management and associates and drive associate engagement to reduce turnover and increase job workplace satisfaction. And this person will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, orientations, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
Duties & Responsibilities	・Lead and manage the activities of our team ・Offer proactive recruiting assistance ・Ensures compliance with company policies ・Assist/administer employee policies ・Provide daily HR advice ・Employee Orientations ・Conducts full investigations into HR issues

Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications ・Good command of English ・3+ years of experience with a background in human resources Preferred Qualifications ・Startup experience ・Management experience
